Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières – UQTR
UQTR is a public French-language university founded on March 19, 1969. It welcomes 15,000 students annually in its 350 programs of study. In addition to its teaching mission, UQTR is dedicated to research. Its research activities are reflected in a budget of $37 million in grants, contracts and sponsorships. It has nearly 70 research units, including 23 research chairs (Canada/partnership) and 13 UQTR chairs.
